The room here was spotless and had everything we needed. We liked the size of the room, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

The units are beautifully maintained with a private balcony. The location is amazing and perfect, relatively near The Shores Resort & Spa. An ideal base for our trip, would like to come again.

This place has a beautiful beachfront location with rooms offering nice views of the ocean, the staff are friendly and the place is well-maintained.

The queen room I was given was complete with private balcony as well as nice views here. Perfect service offered in this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the beds are soft, great location on the beach. The only thing I could say negitive is there is not and pool bar, or bbq , and the hot tub has not worked for a number of months. Comfortable stay......The hotle lobby is nice.

The pool area is really nice, perfect for chilling out. the breakfast is enjoyable, they’ve got waffles and mimosas! 🥂 Plus, the chefs here are top-notch. the rooms are stylish and modern, and the bathroom is sparkling clean.

3rd night asked to change sheet clean room made bed but did not change sheets. Had called the day befor arival said they had 2 hot tubs neither was working on arival said bar woul be opened next day never opened

They advertise a tiki hut bar and all it is is an umbrella covered with tiki hatch, it was not open. They advertise a restauant and bar on the premisis and that was not open. The have a pool area with jacuzzi and that was roped off out of order. There was a plexy glass partition on the fence that was sooooo old you could not see the ocean. No ocean view. Check in is not until 4:00 PM and we de4cided to leave, lose our deposit and stay at Holiday Inn.

Convenient location – right next to a fun Hawaiian Falls Mini Golf spot! Just a quick 0.5 miles from the airport🛬. Spacious, recently renovated rooms with awesome ocean views.

when we booked this hotel in feb2012 it was suppose tohave cont. breakfast included it did not because of new managment. we booked a oceanfront room got there they gave us a room on 8th floor no view. had to wait 1and half hour form them to get us another ocean front room. we were there for my daughters wedding didnt really have the time to mess with this. elevator broke down and also they were very slow elevators. we had young children under age 10 thus we wanted cont. breakfast.no compensation for this also now they charge an 8.50 resort fee per day after we got there. we were aware of the 5.00 parking feefrom booking. also parking is very tight

Loved the Oceanview and the size of the room was ok. The breakfast - staff was very friendly. The Hotel is ok for a short stay.

The carpet was very old, dirty and disgusting.

Our queen room had beautiful views and was quite spacious. the highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast with mimosas, toast, and a tasty waffle.

We had a great time at this spot. the bed was super comfy, and our room was pretty spacious. the staff was so nice and polite, which made for a smooth check-in experience. 😊

Location, one staff person in particular, "Hope"- saved our stay or we were checking out early after trying two filthy rooms. She was the difference and we appreciated her actions in how she handled our dissapointment with the first two rooms assigned. She is the reason I moved the staff rating up, everyone else seemed to be offended we would expect a clean room without stains, toe-nail clippings, and used coffee stirrers on the floor.

Filthy rooms. Tired staff, run down facility, misleading website advertising. Appeared as though hotel had apartments on each floor for long term stays.
